6th and 8th grade science students took advantage of the long class periods to compete in construction challenges.
Here they had to construct reindeer feeders that held cookies off of the ground and withstood gale force winds.
Students had limited time and a tight supply budget. The good news is, most were successful!

We want to send a huge thank you to Cortney, owner of Daro Coffee Truck, for spending time with our Sports & Entertainment Marketing students and helping bring our Signature Sips project to life!

For this project, students worked through the full marketing process — from branding and naming a signature drink to identifying a target market and creating promotional content. With Cortney’s guidance, students were able to turn their ideas into real Lotus drinks, making this an authentic, hands-on learning experience they won’t forget.

We also want to give a special shoutout to Madelyn, one of our SEM students, for creating the video that captured all the fun, creativity, and teamwork from this project. Great work!

Thank you again to Daro Coffee for supporting our students, our program, and real-world learning experiences. We are so grateful for community partners who help make projects like this possible! 💜🐾
