After a heavy selection process of 200 student nominations, 5 Bement High School students were selected to participate in Millikin's High School Honor Band. This past Monday, they spent the entire day working on 6 pieces of music with the conductor, worked in instrument specific master classes to learn different playing strategies and techniques, and performed that evening for a large crowd alongside Millikin's Symphonic Band.
