Senior Day 2026
Bement CUSD 5 will dismiss at 1:00 PM today due to the water main break and lack of water service for the remainder of the school day. After school practices at Cerro Gordo will continue as scheduled, with the bus leaving Bement at 3:15 PM. The KidWind Open House tonight from 6:00-6:30 PM in the cafeteria will still be held as planned. We will continue to keep families updated regarding the status of school for Friday, May 15 once we know more about the timeline for water service restoration.

After graduation, Cameron will be attending Parkland College, where he plans to study Interior Design.

“Take time figuring out what you want to do for the rest of your life, and don't make the pay your top priority. Make sure it's something that makes you feel happy and fulfills you.”

Being able to talk to his friends in person almost every day
