On Friday, February 20, 2026 the Athletic Department and the Bement CUSD #5 school district dedicated the new Volleyball referee stand in honor and memory of Nancy Schnierle.
The district also acknowledged the history and the contributions Jim and Wilma Fendley made to the women's athletic program so many years ago when he (Jim) built the first Volleyball referee stand in 1972.
