Waiver of School Code Section 17-1.5 – Limitation of Administrative Costs
The Board of Education of Bement Community Unit School District No. 5, in the Counties of Piatt and Champaign, State of Illinois, intends to apply for a waiver of Section 17-1.5 of the Illinois School Code regarding the limitation of administrative costs for Fiscal Year 2026. The District’s FY2026 budgeted administrative costs exceed FY2025 administrative costs by more than five percent.
